SELF-TREATMENT PROTOCOL
I will come to you and perform a full body assessment which will involve various upper and lower body movements along with a discussion of your goals and injury history to get an understanding of your needs to create a self-treatment routine that you can easily do at home using different types of balls, stretches and strengthening movements. Additionally, I will provide short video clips of exercises that will address your needs.


1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING
After an initial assessment which involves a discussion of your exercise and injury history, I will have you move through various movements to gauge range of motion and strength then formulate a plan to help you reach your goals whether you want to reduce/eliminate pain, increase strength or just lose weight.
