Depending on your needs, we may start with joint mobilization/stretching then onto a warm-up and then the workout itself followed by core coordination exercises.

No. I have equipment I can bring plus there are many bodyweight exercises that can take the place of typical gym equipment.

You can't overdo proper exercise. Remember, we exercise because our lives no longer require much, if any physical movement. As long as you're varying the mode and intensity, not stressing sore or injured areas, then exercise SHOULD be a daily event.

Regularly increasing your heart rate and blood flow by adding cardio into your routine can also promote heart and lung health, as well as improve your sleep and energy levels.
